1. Service description

Aqta Technologies Ltd provides AqtaCore, a cryptographic attestation and AI governance gateway, including but not limited to:

• Cryptographic attestation of AI enforcement decisions before actions execute
• Runtime policy enforcement, runaway agent detection, and budget controls
• Tamper-evident audit trails mapped to EU AI Act, ISO/IEC 42001, and NIST AI RMF
• Zero-knowledge compliance proofs for regulator submissions
• Cost tracking and optimisation
• Multi-provider AI routing (OpenAI-compatible)
• Sovereign mesh and edge AI infrastructure for critical infrastructure customers (by separate agreement)

2. User accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Being 18 years or older or having parental consent
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Keeping your account credentials secure and not sharing them
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised use
• Providing accurate and complete information

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Use the platform unlawfully or for illegal purposes
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit harmful, offensive or illegal content
• Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service's operation

4. Privacy and data

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the Service, to understand our practices regarding the collection and use of your information.

5. Payment terms

For paid services:

• Secure payments processed through Revolut Business
• Fees are charged in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• Cancel anytime with no cancellation fees
• 7-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions
• We may change pricing with 30 days' notice
• Failure to pay may result in service suspension

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aqta shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us or third parties.

8. Changes to terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

9. Intellectual property

The Service, including the AqtaCore cryptographic attestation protocol, ZK proof generation system, and Sovereign mesh infrastructure, is the proprietary technology of Aqta Technologies Ltd. Patent applications are pending in relevant jurisdictions.

Your use of the Service does not grant you any ownership rights to our technology. All audit logs, attestation records, and ZK proofs generated for your account remain your data. Aqta claims no ownership over your AI request metadata or outputs.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland and the applicable laws of the European Union, including the EU AI Act, GDPR, and the Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA) where applicable. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland.
