To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aqta shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us or third parties.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
The Service, including the AqtaCore cryptographic attestation protocol, ZK proof generation system, and Sovereign mesh infrastructure, is the proprietary technology of Aqta Technologies Ltd. Patent applications are pending in relevant jurisdictions.
Your use of the Service does not grant you any ownership rights to our technology. All audit logs, attestation records, and ZK proofs generated for your account remain your data. Aqta claims no ownership over your AI request metadata or outputs.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland and the applicable laws of the European Union, including the EU AI Act, GDPR, and the Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA) where applicable. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland.
